Made for the National Parks in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area, these booklets were designed for children to interact with their regional parks and inform them about the history of the parks, and the impacts climate change would have on them.

I created this infographic for regional parks in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas on behalf of the National Park Service. Aimed at older children, teenagers, and adults, the infographic visually explains how warm-season grasslands—one of our most resilient ecosystems—can help combat the impacts of climate change. It also highlights how these ecosystems are affected and the long-term consequences for both the ecosystems themselves and the historical preservation of the parks.
